DOM Assist

If you have ever had to deal with Dominion Power or a City department to report and follow up on street light outages, you’ll appreciate “DOM Assist”. This free service, exclusively from Relay Electric for our existing clients, means one call or email to us and you’re done. Keep in mind, we are not Dominion Power or Dominion Power employees/contractors. We are an electrical firm that has created this added value service as a solution to one of the problems you face. We are going through the same process you would, but we’re doing it for you so you don’t have to – and we keep you posted on the status. By the way, if you want to use DOM Assist and are not yet a Relay client, please consider trying us for your next electrical challenge.

First of all, DOM Assist makes sure that all reported streetlight repairs get done. We provide the repair order number for each light and we reply to all inquiries and reports that are made. We coordinate and follow up with Dominion Power and keep you posted on the status. And as our client, we keep track of which lights are yours, which are Dominion Power’s and which are city street lights. As a property manager, you can look at this as the gift of time.
